GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it
- To return an item, please send it using a shipping service of your choice to the following address:

- Please make sure to keep your return receipt until we confirm the receipt of your return.
- For returns from outside the EU, it is absolutely essential that the parcel is correctly declared as a return. If the return is not properly declared, seenodifference reserves the right to charge any resulting costs (e.g., customs duties or VAT).
We can only process your return if the following conditions are met:
1. The item must be in its undamaged original packaging
2. No signs of washing or use
3. Tags/labels must not be damaged or removed
4. No stains, pet hair, or odors
- If an item is returned to us in a damaged, worn, or otherwise unsuitable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund. All returned items are subject to inspection.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
If you need to return an item due to a defect or incorrect delivery, we will evaluate the case individually and cover the return shipping costs. In such instances, please contact our support team at: support@seenodifference.com
