The following Terms and Conditions also contain legal information about your rights under regulations on distance contracts and electronic commerce.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries from seenodifference GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "seenodifference") to consumers (§ 13 BGB).
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

3. Offer and Steps to Contract Conclusion

3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order. This acceptance takes place either through an order confirmation email immediately after your order is received or by dispatching the goods. An automatic confirmation of receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the purchase contract.

3.3 If prices in our online shop are mistakenly incorrect, we reserve the right to contest the contract. We must provide proof of the error. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (seenodifference GmbH, Roswithastr. 36a, 13467 Berlin, Email: support@seenodifference.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard, most cost-effective delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us [seenodifference GmbH, Roswithastr. 36a, 13467 Berlin] immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4.2 Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage during transit.

4.3 Please note that the procedures described in Section 4.2 are not a requirement for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

5.1 The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other applicable charges.

5.2 In addition to the listed product prices, we charge the following shipping fees:

• For shipping within Germany: a flat shipping fee of €6.90

• For international shipping: fees must be requested individually

Shipping costs will be clearly communicated again on the product pages.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery is carried out by DHL.
6.2 The delivery time is up to 5 days. Any deviations are stated on the respective product page.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment methods include PayPal, advance payment (bank transfer), credit card, or instant transfer (Sofortüberweisung).

7.2 For advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation. We will ship the goods upon receipt of payment.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply to all items offered by us.
