1. Delivery Time

During product releases or special promotions, delivery times may vary.

• Current delivery time within Germany: 3 to 5 business days after your order is received
• Current delivery time within EU: 5 to 15 business days after your order is received
• As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email
• Free shipping within Germany for orders over €200

2. Shipping Costs

GERMANY & AUSTRIA

DHL: €5.95 (free DHL shipping on orders over €200)

OTHER EU COUNTRIES

DHL: €14.95

For all deliveries within the EU, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU

DHL: €24.90

For deliveries outside Europe, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are determined by the destination country based on the origin and classification of the goods and are charged once the package arrives in the destination country.

Important:
seenodifference does not collect any duties or taxes during checkout and cannot predict the exact amount. Any additional charges must be paid by the customer in order for the package to be cleared through customs.

3. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

• Within the EU: No customs duties or import fees.
• Outside the EU: Additional charges (duties, taxes, fees) may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend checking with your customs office in advance.
